Membership Requirements
Affiliate membership is available to the surgical team staff, including surgical and physician assistants, registered nurses, office managers, data registrars, medical association personnel, residency program coordinators, non-surgeon physicians, PhDs, and more.
Application Process
Complete the online application for Affiliate Membership. If you created a log in from a prior purchase or Quality program participation, please use your log in to access the application. Otherwise you will need to create a log in.
Before you begin your application, have the following information accessible:
- Information on your current employment, details about your education, professional license and certification information (if applicable)
- A reference from a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons will be required to complete your application. (An automated reference request is available in the application for your convenience)
