American College Of Surgeons - Inspiring Quality: Highest Standards, Better Outcomes

Surgeon Specific Registry

The American College of Surgeons Surgeon Specific Registry (ACS SSR™) is an online quality improvement tool and software application database that allows surgeons to track their cases and outcomes in a convenient, easy-to-use manner from their computer or mobile devices (iOS and Android). The SSR is hosted by IQVIA.

The ACS SSR helps fulfill American Board of Surgery (ABS) Continuous Certification requirements in addition. In 2022 the ACS SSR has launched a new program: The SSR Practice Improvement Initiative (SSR PII) - Quality Case Data Review and Reflection helps all surgeons to continually collect and review their case data, including outcomes data. This initiative also allows surgeons to obtain CME Credit.

Log in to the SSR

The SSR supports the American Board of Surgery’s (ABS) Continuous Certification requirements including the transmittal of cases to the Board.

As a benefit of membership in the ACS, there is no registration charge for the SSR. Non-ACS surgeon members can sign up for the SSR program for an annual subscription fee.
